Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a focus on value-add retail and office properties. We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be based in Lakewood, CO (Belmar). In this high visibility role, you will have a great opportunity to add value and make an impact through the implementation of property level and individual tenant marketing, maximizing exposure to the communities and increasing market share for the property. This will be achieved by executing events, social media planning, public relations, e-marketing and other efforts. The individual will report to the VP of Leasing. Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans which strategically utilizes all platform programs, supports the marketing objectives and positively impacts the property, tenants and community.
Work closely with tenants, vendors and the community to provide marketing assistance in the form of promotional events, direct mailings, advertising assessments, merchandising plans, and establishing strong relationships with local non-profit community organizations.
Conduct merchant surveys to assess the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Work to enhance overall perception of the property, establish and ensure local media relations are solid, and responses for media releases, alerts and talking points are adequately prepared, vetted and used.
Establish and foster key relationships with government agencies and economic development organizations.
Assess, coordinate with and manage vendors who support various on-site events.
Drive the growth and engagement of social media channels, data collection and digital subscribers.
Manage property marketing budget.
Utilize market research to develop and implement strategic business plan to drive value of the property.
Coordinate email and digital marketing assets and distribution to include managing email lists for both marketing promotions and tenant communications.
Coordinate quarterly tenant meetings.
Assist in aiding tenants with the Grand Opening process. This includes working with tenant ownership, assisting in the execution of all marketing opportunities, attend grand opening events and promoting through all available avenues.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in planning and execution of marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to develop strong relationships; builds appropriate rapport as well as constructive relationships internally and externally
Strong integrity and work ethic
Comfortable working in a high growth organization
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with different audiences within and outside the organization
Exceptional written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
