DIRECTOR, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS , Solve , to assume a leadership role in developing Solve's strategy for market positioning, messaging, and lead generation; help expand Solve's reach and grow its funders base across multiple industries/sectors; and oversee a team focused on digital marketing, content and communication, platform, and technology. Will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns--staying on time and on budget--across Solve's various product lines and programs. Responsibilities including leading the execution of broad communication/marketing activities; implementing communications, setting a cohesive strategy for Solve's overall positioning, widening its brand, and building a pipeline of qualified leads; driving lead generation; conceptualizing and leading the execution of all digital efforts; tracking the performance of all digital marketing activities and assessing against goals (ROI and OKRs), reporting and adjusting strategy accordingly; working with Solve leadership to build thought leadership opportunities and position Solve as a leading voice on key social impact issues; overseeing public relations and communications functions; recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of up to five; overseeing end-to-end marketing execution to ensure quality and timeliness; and liaising with communications teams across MIT.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree (master's preferred); at least seven years' experience spanning digital marketing; proven track record managing staff and overseeing third-party providers and website management; experience with digital marketing and digital analytics, ideally in a sales-driven organization; excellent critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and ability to motivate teams and develop a vision, strategy, and plan to get there.
