DBS Foundation: As a corporate foundation in Asia solely dedicated to championing social entrepreneurship, DBS Foundation works with Social Enterprises (SEs) in Singapore, India, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to advocate for, nurture and integrate SEs into the culture and operations of the bank. Responsibilities
Payments & Finance - Process payments to grantees and vendors using DBS Foundation payment system (via payment advice) and bank payments (via Coupa)
Manage Grant Programmes - Monitor applications received through Grant application form, support the Grant evaluation rounds such as assign online evaluations, setup interviews with applicants etc.
Website Management - Update and review the copy of the various webpages on the DBS Foundation website
Documentation - Draft vendor contracts/agreements/addendums for review, lodge and file approved contracts
Communications - Manage DBSF mailbox and respond to general enquiries on a timely basis, prepare eDMs for communication with Social Enterprise community etc.
Events Managemement - Assist in managing Webex event and facilities, monitor RSVPs and manage onsite registration of attendees etc.
Bachelor Degree with a minimum 4 years work experience, with strong business, consulting, finance and/or communications skills, with some experience in a start-up environment, SME, investment firm or similar. Volunteer or internship experience in the above should be highlighted.
