What You’ll Be Doing
Contribute to the development and execution of innovative demand generation initiatives to accelerate the volume of qualified leads to our growing sales team.
Work with the team to develop creative approaches to reaching our diverse audiences and articulating our value through content that converts.
Optimize agency relationships - maximize their potential and monitor their performance. Collaborate with them on new advertising initiatives to drive traffic & conversions.
Assume responsibility for managing the relevant marketing budgets, invoices, contracts and expenses.
What You Bring to DaySmart
Past experience partnering with and enabling sales teams.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, AdWords, Google Analytics and WordPress.
Consistent contributions to marketing programs from start to finish; leveraging internal and external support to drive quality, targeted campaigns.
Diligent lead flow analysis - you’ll monitor and manage the lead quality and volume to ensure campaigns are optimized to deliver.
An appreciation for analytics and reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for results measurement, future campaign development and improved go-to-market strategies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
5-8 years’ meaningful experience (and impressive results) in digital marketing
Proven experience developing and deploying marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making experience
Experience in Software-as-a-Service is a plus, but not a requirement
