You will have opportunities to build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company.
Participants will gain the following experience:
Upstream Franchise Marketing around new product development or market development
Downstream North America commercial marketing
Market Research and Business Analytics
Rotation through the Chief Marketing Officer group
Healthcare economics and reimbursements
The participants will be responsible for work that deals with strategic business issues with significant exposure to business leaders and cross-functional areas.
Participants will be expected to demonstrate in-depth understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills.
They must also possess strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills. You will be required to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Participants will be provided on the job training/coaching

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Currently enrolled in your four year of an undergraduate program or Masters / MBA
Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Available to relocate throughout the course of the program
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
