Primary Objective of Position
In cooperation with Nordic Digital Product Manager, Consumer Brand Manager, and HCP Brand Manager, secure implementation of digital brand plans (tactics) accordingly for ADC which will deliver leadership within the Glucose Monitoring market whilst optimizing the commercial returns.
To implement digital, SoME and CRM marketing plan by using all elements of the digital mix, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers hence increasing sales and maximizing brand potential
What will you be doing?
Secure all digital materials are in line with brand guidelines
Together with Nordic Digital Product Manager, Consumer Brand Manager, and HCP Brand Manager -coordinate and implement digital/social campaigns campaigns/loyalty platforms and digital customer engagement dialogue (CRM, local webinars, SMS etc.) for the Nordics
Assist on development on new digital initiatives and implement accordingly
Manage changes on websites in AEM or via agency and achieve Veeva approvals
Manage yearly approval of websites for each country as well as recertifications of Nordic digital assets (in DAI, Facebook).
Secure Facebook content plans and be back-up in monitoring of Nordic sites.
For new digital assets secure DSRB approval globally.
Consult Consumer Brand Team on consumer content and HCP brand team on HCP content.
SEO/SEM optimizations on websites as well as cookie policies in line with GDPR
To monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the digital strategy in monthly reports to management incl. web metrics
Responsible for administration in relation to suppliers and invoicing (palette) and secure in line with committed budgets
Liaising closely with all support functions (including Regulatory, Customer Services, GSM, External Agencies and EMEA Marketing).
Secure compliance with all appropriate Abbott and statutory business and regulatory requirements including GDPR, Abbott's ethics and compliance and code of business conduct procedures and protocols.
Keep abreast of digital/social media customer engagement landscape/field and report monthly to management
Build and maintain Nordic CRM databases
Who are we looking for?
You have min. a Bachelor/BA in (Digital) Marketing preferred
Digital experience needed for at least 1-3 years.
Preferably Operated in a tactic digital role previously with experience working and executing digital campaigns.
Knowledge about digital/CRM marketing possibilities is a must
Curious and willing to challenge the status quo; proactively seeking out ways to improve and innovate using patient and healthcare insights to drive change
Creative & communication skills
Fluent in 1 Nordic language and English oral and written
