This position is remote and is based in the western part of the country.
The Senior Product Manager, Regional Marketing drives to support the development and execution of the Medical Expert Engagement Plan working closely with external customers and internal cross-functional teams to drive advocacy for the brand. Must be able to travel 50-60% of the time. Responsibilities: * Function as a field member of the marketing team, collaborating with sales, market access, medical affairs and other functions * Establish and facilitate Clinical, Operational, and Administrative Medical Expert Relationship in both the systems of care and community settings to develop advocacy for the brand * Oversee selection of regional Medical Experts with high relevance and value to targeted accounts * Create regional advocacy strategies in coordination with marketing plans * Create and disseminate Medical Expert insights to broader Novartis partners, including marketing, sales and market access, as relevant, to drive development of new strategies and tactical approaches * Lead involvement in current and future commercial activities * Develop, coordinate, and execute conference plan for regional and national meetings; support customer meetings at all major conferences for leadership * Contribute to the development of strategic business plan, providing key field insight and intelligence * Assist in the execution and interpretation of customer level market research; lead and facilitate identification of Peer-to-Peer interaction, including Speaker's Bureau programs
