The Marketing Specialist for Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM) supports marketing for graduate student recruitment and retention, as well as recruitment for certificate and continuing education programs. The Marketing Specialist is an experienced storyteller who can create compelling written and video content that will be used in different forms on a variety of platforms, including Gonzaga's website, graduate program social media accounts, blogs, print, etc. This role assists with and implements a wide range of other marketing, including print and digital advertising, social media planning and management, website build and maintenance, marketing material updates and special event support when necessary.
3-5 years' experience as a marketer or content creator.
Basic understanding of a customer journey.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Ability to conduct interviews and create interesting stories and content.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Understanding of brand and the ability to institute brand voice and follow brand standards with consistency.
The ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and take constructive criticism.
Excellent time management skills.
Able to coordinate and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
