This role is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market campaigns for the Fitch Learning Corporate Solutions B2B products, including ESG, Credit, Apprenticeships and Early Careers and PQ. The role will deliver a full range of marketing activity across the complete marketing mix, including B2B marketing communications. The role will also utilise the shared marketing resources at Fitch Group to achieve the department goals.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hands-on and diverse role would be suitable for a self-motivated, energetic and fast-paced Product Marketing expert who is looking to make a significant business impact and enjoy wide exposure across both Fitch Learning and the Fitch Group businesses.
Devise and execute go-to-market plans and take ownership of marketing activities and campaign planning as part of this
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders within Fitch Learning and across Fitch Group, securing buy-in for marketing initiatives
Develop and execute best-in-class go-to-market campaigns to support international launches of products
Be the Marketing presence at the ideation phase for Fitch Learning products, ensuring market need and value proposition are clearly defined
Build relationships with relevant counterparts in the marketing functions across Fitch Group to accelerate cross-promotion and share best practice
Use the shared marketing resources at Fitch Group to achieve marketing goals
Maintain competitor research
Enforce the brand guidelines across all collateral
Update the relevant sections of the FitchLearning.com website, ensuring the site content is kept up to date
Work with 3rd party web development agency to resolve all website bugs and issues within SLA
Build relationships with 3rd parties to maximize marketing opportunities
Oversee the execution of targeted and effective email marketing campaigns, using triggers and automation, including ongoing optimisation and reporting
Utilise social media channels. ensuring audience and engagement growth in line with KPIs
Create offline collateral, including brochures and flyers, from copy through to distribution
Research, oversee and evaluate direct marketing campaigns (offline and digital), including working with sales teams for follow up and campaign metric reporting
Research and suggest new marketing channels
Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, globally consistent and adhering to brand guidelines
Perform weekly gathering of data to feed into reports evaluating marketing campaigns and optimizing effectiveness
Act as central point of contact in absence of Head of Marketing, and support client relationship management team and client services for all client activities
Degree educated, good academic record
At least 10 years' experience in marketing with a focus on product
Copywriting and proof-reading skills
Experience of working with global teams and multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience of marketing automation platforms, ideally Marketo
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly - both verbal and written
