Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Product Manager, Peer-to-Peer, HCP Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Product Manager, Peer-to-Peer, HCP Marketing will lead the Peer-to-Peer program that facilitates a meaningful clinical exchange between healthcare professionals speaking to other healthcare professionals about standards of care in glucose management, clinical evidence, and Abbott's FreeStyle Libre portfolio of personal CGMs. This role will set the path for annual content planning, speaker bureau priorities, manage the external vendor to compliantly execute logistics, and support the external sales team who host the events. In this role, you will carry the goal of executing on planned Peer-to-Peer events and work cross-functionally to ensure that monthly Peer-to-Peer events are being executed.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
Demonstrate thought leadership by aligning US Commercial priorities to the Peer-to-peer and podium strategy, content planning, and speakers' bureau utilization and priorities to compliantly achieve program objectives
Collaborate across marketing teams to align communication priorities and clinical messages and develop Peer-to-peer presentation content, pre-recorded videos, and speaker trainings to facilitate meaningful events and deliver impactful national product theaters.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and use post-event survey insights to evolve Peer-to-peer programming and content.
Create event promotional communications, sales tools, and sales trainings to ensure successful use of the peer-to-peer resource, acceptable event attendance, and compliantly deliver of promotion and events.
Work closely with the external event logistics vendor to ensure compliance documentation and reporting standards are maintained and tracking in Abbott systems is completed in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing operations, program management or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Product management experience in medical products or services preferred.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions
