The TPS Producer group, located in the Marlboro, NJ Equitable office is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Marketing Assistant. This person will report directly to the local Operations Manager.
Role is expected to be in office 5 days a week through training period; some flexibility to work remote after training period.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Outbound phone calls/emails to existing clients and prospects, scheduling and managing calendars.
Creating excel spreadsheets regarding client acquisition as well as the logging of client activities.
Act as workload backup to assist team with both customer service for existing clients and processing of new business (as needed based on workload volume).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to function independently and work well with a team.
Proactive decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate.
Proven communication skills.
1+ years of experience in a business setting is preferred.
Technologically savvy, with advanced marketing skills, but minimally with an understanding and mastery of basic marketing skills.
Proficient using social media applications.
No securities or insurance licenses required.
