The Marketing Senior Coordinator will report to the Demand Generation Lead. This role's primary responsibilities include the coordination and execution of all marketing events and campaigns. The ideal candidate will also serve as a marketing automation super user, analyze campaign metrics and trends, as well as provide project management support for the marketing request intake process.
Provide operational support for all campaigns and events
Develop integrated marketing campaigns, including: 1) aligning of internal teams, 2) developing audience segments, 3) building email nurtures, 4) owning top funnel virtual events, and 5) measuring results
Serve as primary marketing automation and virtual event platform super user
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
Plan seamless integration of competitive campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment campaign plans
Report on results of top funnel campaigns to Rev Ops and generate ideas for campaign optimization
Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders and Rev Ops team
Create website landing pages for events
Analyze campaign metrics and trends
Project manage marketing intake process
Optimize processes around events and campaigns
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
2+ years of experience in a marketing or event/campaign coordinator role
Experience supporting multiple managers and/or large projects
Previous experience with Hubspot, Wordpress and Google Analytics preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Professional and responsive personality, a flexible multitasker, self-starter
