This dynamic organization has a position for an Agile Campaign Project Analyst who will own the end-to-end coordination of activities for a set of marketing campaigns.
Work you'll do
Ensures the successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables, by developing and overseeing project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns
Works to ensure that campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented, and accomplished, while carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules
Coordinates tasks across employees within the defined marketing resource and agile project management guidelines
Participates in project status meetings with business partners and cross functional teams, to generate action plans and maintain project schedules; provides options on how to drive progress on a project
Adjusts project schedules and scope as business needs, marketing resource, or other project variables change; makes recommendations for corrective actions (estimate revisions, scope and/or materials adjustment, concept revisions, talent re-allocation) and raise project risks, issues, dependencies, etc., as needed
Checks quality of all projects against agile standards and oversees capacity and other key project management KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and course correct when issues arise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in project management & with project management software tools
Exposure to Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma methodology
Highly organized, demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization
Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
Availability for limited travel, if needed
