Leads and executes the development of upstream digital marketing planning and execution capabilities across social, mobile, email, online media and web to drive strengthen our capability to engage with HCPs through omni channels, enhance healthcare professionals' affinity to our brands; and ultimately maximize brand recommendation.

Build digital enablers to support a next gen upstream to downstream activation model that drives Ethical leads and NU incrementalityCo -work with BM to improve upstream NU retention by delivering personalized consumer journey and to sharpen upstream digital leads gen media strategy with media efficiency to accelerate digital lever's growth.
Implement PA or local new digital initiatives related to upstream to downstream activation model
Build and plan upstream digital marketing roadmap together with brand marketing team. Drive cross function (marketing , trade, ethical sales, regulatory, and IT) collaboration to implement ethical campaigns and support incrementalleads, NU, & retention target delivery
Leverage salesforce to implement TN personalized consumer journeys across digital paid and own touch points
Proactively test, analyze and recommend an actionable insight to stakeholder holders and continue optimize TN journeys and improve retention rate.
Conduct and analyze data (1st party or 3rd party data) to identify opportunity and improvement of brand digital assets, considering SEO, Google Analytic, social listening, and adoption of other tools eg sales force, marketing cloud...etc.
University graduated with related background of marketing or business administration
Minimum 8 years of work experience in digital marketing, eCRM or programmatic media buy.
Preferably certificate in Google Analytics、Google Ads、FB Blueprint.
