The Senior Product Manager will work in collaboration with P2P lead to create and manage peer to peer functional dashboards and critical metrics and synthesize findings into actionable insights, support the P2P lead on national initiatives and specific projects in alignment with both marketing and sales leadership, drive operational cadence for the Regional Marketing Team, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives and present to executive leadership. This position will be located in East Hanover, New Jersey at corporate HQ, local candidates only will be considered.
Responsibilities: * Lead elements of national initiatives on specific projects in alignment with both marketing and sales leadership * Work with the cross functional teams to provide a POV on key national projects (launch programs, peer to peer speaker programs, congresses) * Lead and drive highly visible strategic projects, analyze opportunities and develop solutions and actionable recommendations * Drive operational cadence for the Regional Marketing Team, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives and present to executive leadership * Unlock areas within the business to drive performance improvement for efficiency and accelerate execution * Lead interactions with cross-functional partner groups, which includes sales, insights and analytics, training, and IT building consensus/agreement among these teams and function as the strategy and operations lead on peer-to-peer projects. * Ensure effective deployment and tracking of various business critical initiatives in support of departmental annual objectives. * Lead in creation and management of peer-to-peer functional dashboards and critical metrics * Build, implement and adjust departmental processes with an eye towards innovation and operational excellence using insights from internal customer groups. * Co-lead planning, execution and budget management of operational initiatives * Deliver value through operational excellence, building internal capabilities and effective project management with a focus on cross-functional coordination.
