The Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) marketing team at Ameriprise Financial produces omni-channel marketing to drive advisor awareness and consideration to join Ameriprise and to enable our field leaders and recruiters to consistently and effectively tell our story as they recruit experienced financial advisors. EAR is one of the key drivers of results for Advice & Wealth Management, bringing advisors, clients and assets to the firm. Our team focuses on a cross-channel approach which includes social media, native advertising, collateral, Seismic Sales App, Marketing Cloud journeys, segment marketing, events and the Ameriprise Careers website. We collaborate with business partners across Ameriprise - The Personal Advisors Group, Interactive Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Corporate Communications, Advertising, Legal, Compliance, Finance and more. As an EAR Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations for targeted, optimized content delivery based on our Ultimate Advisor Partnership (UAP) messaging hierarchy as well as developing and managing content for our EAR-facing website, collateral, native advertising and more. In this role, you will drive and support key strategic initiatives, ensure consistent content quality and alignment and maximize use of available content platforms available to drive results. Additionally, you will work closely with multiple business partners and leaders within the company, so strong collaboration, written/verbal communication, and creative presentation skills are essential.
??? Deliver strong omni-channel content for field leaders/recruiters to deliver our UAP messaging consistently through development and implementation of content strategy and deliverables ??? Partner with EAR Business Development teams, field leaders, internal business partners, and agencies to deliver effective, compliant UAP content/brand experiences for experienced advisors ??? Represent digital B2B expectations -advisor value proposition, competitive and target market insights, SEO, and content analysis results for optimal delivery ??? Manage relationships with multiple business partners and agencies to provide guidance to business partners on EAR UAP, trends and best practices. ??? Work with subject matter experts across the organization to source, develop and maintain content to support EAR UAP content needs. ??? Ensure brand, messaging and content consistency across all channels and tactics. ??? Maintain content standards, timelines and operational best practices by editing content, managing inputs from business partners, and gaining leader and AdTrax approvals. ??? Compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures. ??? Other duties as assigned.
??? Marketing or communications professional with minimum of five (5) years of experience in content development management, writing and editing with a creative eye for layout. ??? Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence and interact with multiple levels of peers, leaders, and senior leaders across the firm. ??? Experience leveraging content success metrics and analysis to drive results. ??? Strong understanding of structured content systems, information architecture, design principles, web usability, and online marketing and business needs. ??? Familiarity with content management and project collaboration systems. (e.g. Seismic, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, etc.). ??? Expertise with website content development and content best practices for digital consumers. ??? High degree of professionalism with strong attention to detail. ??? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as well as desire to lead and be an integral part of a team known for its high standards and reputation for creating extraordinary content and creative. ??? Strong SmartSheets and Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
??? Prior content marketing experience. ??? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or a related field; or demonstrated experience in financial services industry or similarly regulated industry. ??? Familiarity with financial services firms and competitor activities. ??? Familiarity with social media, advertising, events, drip marketing, collateral development
