Caltech CTME is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness and engagement with prospective learners and client organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing creative campaigns and tactics across various sales channels, including email, social, and live events. In addition, you will team with department members to facilitate sales engagement and extraordinary experiences in and out of the classroom. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing and managing growth campaigns for services or executive education using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketo or Salesforce Pardot.

Job Duties The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Center for Technology and Management Education's (CTME) professional education programs and objectives for automated marketing, with the goal of increased engagement and qualified lead generation for course and program sales. A hybrid work schedule will be considered.
- Manage new content marketing activities to build brand eminence, awareness, and support sales engagement efforts.
- Conduct client-facing events for branding, growing a community of interest, and generating revenue.
- Plan, coordinate production, facilitate engagement, assist in program production and lead generation activities, including webinars and live events (LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live).
- Conduct in-bound and out-bound sales engagement activities with prospects for lead development based on results from digital campaigns and events.
- Support sales teams in qualified leads, opportunity identification, and marketing to existing accounts and CTME program alumni from professional education, executive programs, or 3rd party partner certificate programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications - 3 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing and sales lead nurturing responsibilities, using leading tools for effective execution.
- Experience driving and executing campaign and promotional tactics that can generate sales and a universe of marketable contacts.
- Experience using online event production and delivery platforms for events such as webcasts, live panel discussions, live social events, and on-location events.
- Ability to facilitate execution of end-to-end events and use the associated information to build relationships and influence buying activities (attract, consider, try, buy, advocate, repeat).
- Ability to plan events, an audience, and tactics to entice attendance and follower-activity.
- Experience coordinating event logistics. Able to take responsibility for lead stream events from start to finish, including set-up, assisting, production control, problem-solving, and hosting.
- Experience collecting and organizing data for systems and marketing activities (e.g., CRM, promotions, email marketing, social engagement, and pipeline).
- Ability to maintain related web presence, event marketing, community engagement, sales conversion (answering questions, providing information, understanding what it can take to make a decision to act).
- Working knowledge or proficiency with tools, including but not limited to: Adobe Marketo Engage or similar Marketing Automation tools, Outreach, Salesforce or SugarCRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Webinar Platforms (Zoom, MS Teams Live), LinkedIn Live, Tableau, GoogleAds, Google Analytics, and social channel advertising tools for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Preferred Qualifications - 3 years experience with Adobe Marketo in a marketing and business development.
- Current Adobe Marketo Certified Expert preferred. Adobe Marketo Certified Administrator desired. Other certifications include Salesforce Pardot, Hubspot, or Oracle Eloqua if Marketo expertise is not certified. Additional certification in Adobe Magento Commerce is also desired.
