Your day to day:
Assist in creating and managing marketing and promotional campaigns and associated budgets designed to increase fan engagement at game day activities and increase ticket sales.
This position has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the central Office of Communications and Marketing to ensure collaboration and adherence to brand and quality standards.
Fulfill corporate sponsorships that will enhance game presentation and community partnerships for all sports (work with Learfield).
Oversee design of effective internal and external marketing and advertising initiatives to increase attendance.
Oversee production and design of schedule cards, sports posters, and other promotional items.
Serve as the primary point person working with the office of Student Affairs to increase student involvement and participation in athletic events.
Develop and execute student promotions, and giveaways, to increase game day experience.
Implement and execute game-night themes to increase revenue, fan engagement and attendance.
Coordinate with the Media Relations staff to assist with social media strategy and social media platforms to engage students and fans to increase attendance.
Meet with coaches to develop marketing plans for indoor sports.
Implementation of League marketing initiatives.
Fan Engagement (Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Volleyball).
Responsible for providing a safe, clean, fun and professional environment for all teams, fans, and officials in attendance of Athletic and special events.
Arrange for in game and warm up house music.
Plan, execute and create final settlement for post season contests.
Assist Assistant AD for Administration & Championships with special events and management plans.
Work with Follet and other partners to develop and manage plans for sale of merchandise during contests.
Oversight of Mascot, Pep Band and Spirit squad.
