The position develops and implements strategic marketing plans for integrated service lines and program offerings; creating a unified and seamless brand experience for internal/external audiences and key stakeholders to help them stay informed of organizational initiatives, maintaining a positive image of the company. Manages internal and external publications, social media site content, organization of outside vendors, and prepares cohesive summaries of digital and all marketing analytics to report to internal and external audiences. Supports the development of executive-level communications to create strategies that increase employee awareness and promote productivity.
Based on experience and qualifications the average annual compensation for this position will range from $56,000 to $71,000. This can be a hybrid (work from home) position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops integrated service lines and programs throughout the organization, prepare presentations of marketing plans
Develops traditional media such as print materials and branding strategies
Writes and edits content for a wide variety of media
Manages websites and works with Director of Marketing to identify new content, functionality and updates
Manages and monitors multiple social media accounts across several platforms for organization, including content calendar, posting schedule, responding to comments, and monthly reports
Manages vendors to assist with department initiatives and company store, and purchasing portal
Coordinates and tracks progress of department operational projects
Designs standardized collateral materials using Adobe Creative Suite; brochures, infographics, education materials, white papers; primarily for clinical lines of service
Coordinates signage needs with facilities and clinical team. Designs signage and manages relationship with external vendor.
Represents the organization externally to stakeholders, interested parties and the public
Assists in budget planning.
Manages charitable giving requests, and organization-wide philanthropic efforts, coordinating approval meetings from physician committee and manages representation at events as needed.
Maintains confidentiality regarding all business-related matters

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting a plus
Creative, analytical thinker who can multi-task, is self-directed, and very organized
Experience in applying data analysis principles to marketing campaigns
Project management experience, which includes practical application of managing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives
Solid experience with Adobe programs, including In Design and Photoshop
Highly skilled in social media and content development
Superior writing skills
Solid marketing and technical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Solid experience in software systems related to the field as well as standard computer programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without fail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Occasional attendance at after-hours and weekend meetings and events

Travel to various sites of service
