Keene State College invites applications for a Digital Marketing Content Coordinator to bring the voices of our students, alumni, faculty, and staff into our narratives and assets.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the coordinator helps teams write effective value propositions through compelling stories and content. They provide the distribution strategy for all content by setting up, monitoring, and reporting on the timing of all communication campaigns and journeys. They audit existing content to ensure performance is in alignment with our overarching goal to attract and retain students.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.1 year of relevant experience required.Proven effective communication skills.Demonstrated understanding of the appropriate channels for each audience and message.This position requires the knowledge, skills and ability to:Produce excellent written contentApply knowledge of email marketing best practicesLeverage experience with Pardot and TargetX (or a CRM/Marketing Automation System)Independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesDemonstrate strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skillsMaintain exceptional attention to detail and a flexible, problem‐solving approach when faced with ambiguityShowcase an ability to learn new software and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment
