Job Description:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Diode Dynamics, you will be responsible for leading the content creation and strategy for all Diode Dynamics social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Groups, Twitter, YouTube, and online forums. You will be responsible for pushing the social media team forward creatively and strategically to ensure all digital marketing content is aligned with our objectives and goals. You will become a key member of our quickly-growing team, in a fast-paced environment. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and oversee content creation and strategy for all Diode Dynamics social media platforms. Approve all photos, videos, and copy created specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Groups, Twitter, YouTube, online forums, and more.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
  • Work with Marketing Director to develop social content plan for new product launches, holiday sales, and promotions.
  • Lead a team of three direct reports and brief these individuals on creative direction and deliverables for all assets.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and continuously optimize.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, in order to produce content that engages them in a direct and compelling way. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, paid and organic opportunities, product features, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with media team for assets to support social media posts.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams for product support, and to gain a thorough understanding of Diode Dynamics products and their features.
  • Contribute in finding new ways to promote our brand across markets, using content as a key tool in product marketing.
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be an automotive enthusiast and have an understanding of the automotive market
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience overseeing social media content creation
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm; this position is full-time in the office in St. Charles, MO. 
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans effective the 1st of the month after your start date.
  • 401(k): Full match up to 4% salary, eligible after 1-year employment.
  • 10 days paid vacation, accrued.
  • All major holidays off and paid (9 days per year)
  • Employee profit-sharing plan: up to 5% of salary bonus possible, based on financial performance.
