Director, Marketing and Brand
The Marketing and Brand Director will oversee marketing strategists in the planning, creation, execution and management of plans designed to fuel growth in accordance with enterprise strategic priorities. Identify target audiences, create key messaging and facilitate communication vehicle utilization. Assist in the development and management of yearly budgets and demonstrate customer service excellence with internal and external clients, vendors and the department. Coordinate efforts with access services, digital communications, internal communications, media relations, planning, referral development, as well as other key departments. Oversee tactical execution in support of defined strategies in a manner that meets timeline, budgetary and quality criteria. Oversee relationships with freelance creative providers and other vendors essential to producing creative assets, such as printers, writers and designers. Lead efforts for creative services colleagues to complete projects; including communication with clients, ideation, establishing timelines and budgets, compliance with policies and brand standards, direction of vendors, and maintenance following project completion.

Required Qualifications: • Minimum of five years experience in marketing and/or public relations required. • Minimum of two years leadership experience required. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or related field required. • Leadership, management, facilitation, and networking skills required. • Ability to make prompt and effective decisions required. • Marketing strategy skills and ability to manage priorities and utilize time effectively required. • Competence in written, oral, and electronic communication skills required. • Ability to communicate clearly, to express thoughts and ideas (interpersonal and technological effectiveness competencies) required. • Ability to work in a matrix relationship required. • Flexibility and independence required.
Preferred Qualifications: • Leadership experience in communications in a healthcare setting preferred. • Master's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or related field preferred. • Experience with multimedia communication strategies preferred. • Experience in writing and executing marketing plans preferred.
