Oregon State Ecampus is seeking a Marketing Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.

The marketing manager is a member of the marketing and enrollment services team within the division of Ecampus. This position reports to the senior marketing manager and is a critical member of the creative services team, supporting marketing and communications strategies that promote the goals of the division and its programs.
Under the leadership of the senior marketing manager and in collaboration with fellow members of the marketing team, this position creates, implements, and tracks targeted marketing plans and campaigns, which rely heavily on digital marketing and communications tactics. Informed by market research and strategic relationships with partners across Oregon State, the marketing manager will help shape program messaging and positioning, make decisions about the appropriate media mix, collaborate on content creation, and facilitate timely campaign development through effective project management. In addition to working closely with fellow members of the marketing team, this position collaborates with the web/IT and enrollment services teams, internal Ecampus clients, members of the OSU Ecampus leadership team and OSU colleagues.
The marketing manager will manage multiple and competing demands for small- and large-scale marketing projects to serve a diverse client portfolio of programs and initiatives. This position will lead project work, bringing together appropriate partners and stakeholders as needed and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.

Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field. 3 years' experience related to the discipline of the college, unit or department.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or a field relevant to duties outlined in the position description
Three years of professional marketing experience, including development, implementation and management of marketing strategy and tactics
Demonstrated experience with initiating and managing digital media campaigns such as social media, Google Ads or other paid platforms
Project management experience, including demonstrated success and willingness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including creative professionals
Basic understanding of design and brand principles as related to the development of marketing materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity
Typical office environment Ecampus is piloting a hybrid work schedule through December 2022. Tuesday and Thursday are designated on-campus (in office) days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday employees may work remotely.
