The Marketing Analyst, Healthcare Rankings and Reputation understands the drivers of reputation and shapes action plans to help key stakeholders. Focuses on translating complex data into clear paths of growth, communicates opportunities for improvement, and collaborates on action plans that will facilitate results.
Understand and assess rankings methodologies, present findings and clearly communicate measures that will drives success.
End-to-end data management support in catalogue of measures, calendars of publications and sources that establish formal framework to achieve reputation growth goals.
On-board platforms and facilitate organizational performance improvement plan and index for rankings that matter most.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic roadmap to improve Virtua reputation rankings, including U.S. News and World Report.
Establish a data-centric approach for in-depth analysis and dashboard to identify Virtua Health’s current position.
Position Qualifications Required:
3 years experience in health care analytics or consulting in quality, finance or consumer behaviors
Track record in turning skillsets in modeling and quantitative analysis into functional improvement plans for respected organizations
Curiosity about what numbers and data tell us
Work with hospital system, health insurance or health industry Quality Departments preferred
BA with concentration in life sciences, mathematics, statistical concepts, business, marketing or related field
MBA, MPH preferred
