Overview of position This individual should be motivated and eager to learn and develop core marketing skills through exposure of various responsibilities within the US marketing team. The role is designed to have the ability to multi-task amongst various projects and deadlines, while ensuring proper communication to team members and Intermediary channel partners on deliverables. Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral Management (50%)
Responsible for creating, updating and distributing marketing materials focused on the support of growth of our Intermediary business in North America
Facilitate day-to-day operations of project management including coordination with investments, creative services, compliance, digital and marketing
Ability to work on standard quarterly projects and incoming requests with tight deadlines
Ensure materials are aligned with brand standards and guidelines
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines on regulatory rules for marketing communications
Ensure distribution of updated content to internal and external systems for accessibility by distribution staff
Campaign, Brand and Digital Marketing (40%)
Work in conjunction with marketing team and each of the Intermediary segments - Platform Distribution, Sub-Advisory, Defined Contribution and Insurance to develop and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and brand recognition through targeted markets
Assist in marketing campaigns to promote products and firm initiatives through electronic mediums such as email, social media, website, etc.
Review and analyze data of email campaigns and provide feedback to enhance targets and prospects
Assist in the support of Schroders' digital effort in North America in areas including website, social media, etc.
Marketing Team Support (10%)
Assist the overall marketing team and Head of Marketing & Communications on designated projects and key initiatives throughout the year, including campaigns, research, events and focus priorities
BA or BS, preferably in Marketing, Finance or Communications
At least 2 to 4 years of working experience, preferably at a marketing or asset management firm
Excellent relationship management, oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to be extremely organized
Ability to work in a flexible, adaptive work environment
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud/Pardot (email marketing tools) a plus
Compensation Schroders offers a base salary in a range of $70,000 to $80,000 for this position, dependent on qualifications and experience
