The Hospitality Manager works closely with the Building Management Office and the Corporate Asset Management Team. This is a service-oriented role responsible for assisting CWP’s customers with personal service requests, promoting and managing the various properties’ amenity spaces, and enhancing the overall customer experience at CWP’s assets in the market. The Hospitality Manager is very knowledgeable about the local community, including city-wide events, restaurants, attractions, hotels, and hot spots.
Maintain helpful, friendly, and professional service standards at all times.
Maintain an “above and beyond” attitude when assisting tenants.
Create great initial impressions and leaves lasting positive feelings for tenants and visitors at the building.
Program and activate the lobby and 17th Floor common areas in order to generate excitement, community, and tenant use.
Establish and maintain brand-standard ambiance year-round and for the holidays, including signature scent, custom playlists, appropriate lighting, and interior decoration.
Plan and execute building events.
Create event promotional flyers and newsletters.
Monitor and control event budgets and prepare periodic reports.
Source and propose tenant perks.
Organize leasing tours and set up food and beverage as appropriate.
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
May be involved with the planning and execution of Corporate and other property events from time to time.
Develop a network of contacts, service providers, and businesses to recommend to tenants.
Provide information and recommendations on local entertainment, dining, nightlife, special events, etc. and make reservations and/or obtain tickets for tenants.
Assist tenants with special requests (e.g. transportation, reservations, etc.) by making arrangements or recommending appropriate providers.
Fulfill unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items.
Respond to special requests from tenants and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Run errands for tenants.
Process all requests in a timely manner.
Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Organize and execute meetings and events for the amenity space.
Pre-event planning with tenants/clients.
Sourcing, selecting, and/or recommending vendors and service providers for catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
Direct event set-up by communicating with staff and organizing vendors and service providers.
Coordinate IT and A/V needs.
Problem-solve issues that may arise.
Create great experiences at the amenity space, attracting tenants as a destination of choice.
Manage online platforms for meeting request apps.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
Physical Demands: This is a non-sedentary role requires walking over 50% of the time, talking, hearing, repetitive motion using a keyboard, and visual acuity for reading and viewing a computer monitor.
Travel: Occasional local travel is expected for this position.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications or related field preferred.
Minimum two years of experience as a hotel or building concierge.
