Expected Starting Salary Range: 37.18 - 47.10 SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for external audiences to support organizational goals.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing overall strategy for external physician facing conference exhibits. Strategy is based on institutional and divisional goals, and aligns with POPT and DEI strategic plans.
Collaborate with Organizational and Divisional Leadership to establish and evaluate Cincinnati Children's exhibit presence and focus at external physician facing conference exhibits.
Meets annually with conference exhibit steering committee, providing results and seeking feedback and direction for upcoming fiscal year.
Employs project management skills in the planning and execution of each conference exhibit to ensure budgetary stewardship and timely execution of collateral development, digital communication with target audience, exhibit booth layout, design enhancement and shipping, coordination conference show services, microsite design etc.
Develop a unique communication/message strategy for each conference exhibit in collaboration with divisions/faculty and service line marketing partner.
Monitor and share analytics and executive summary with divisional leaders after each conference. (E.g. tracking engagement via # of live colleague to colleague interactions, qualitative engagement results, electronic engagement- evite, thank-you email, microsite interaction, post conference referrals, applications for fellowship and residency programs, and leads for faculty positions.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with CCHMC physician leadership, faculty, and support staff, resulting in strong podium presence and in-booth participation.
Work closely with service line marketing in carrying out strategic initiatives for the external physician audience in the conference exhibit space.
Establish strong relationship and oversight of key vendors (exhibit hardware, designers, resource professionals) to ensure the maximum value, and execution of external physician conference exhibits.
Ensure strong partnership with M&C creative team to ensure brand compliance and execution the in the external physician conference space.
Optimizes Conference Exhibit Budget, to maximize impact and stewardship. Manages approved vendors to ensure value, and execution of shareable resources, exhibit hardware, and conference exhibit services.
Manages project teams for each conference exhibit comprised of cross functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5 - 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Experience managing others
Preferred:
- Experience managing creatives.
- Experience working with physician conference vendors.
- Experience communicating with executive leaders.
