Knight-Hennessy Scholars join a supportive community of fellow scholars, receive funding for graduate study at Stanford, and participate in the King Global Leadership Program, which provides a collection of community experiences, workshops, meetings with leaders, domestic and global study trips, and personal development opportunities.

Minimum requirements (education and experience):
- Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
To be successful in this position, you will bring these knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Demonstrated marketing management skills and the ability to work effectively with decision-makers across many levels of an organization.
- Extensive knowledge of strategic analysis, customer segmentation strategies and business and marketing planning.
- Highly detail oriented with strong ability to understand constituent needs and lead teams toward a common goal.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Proven track record with branding, integrated marketing strategy, messaging and positioning.
- Proficiency with multiple media formats, including print, web, e-mail, social media, video and podcast production, etc.
- Proficiency with customized content campaigns based on large data sets housed within enterprise CRM software.
- Experience with quantitative data analysis, including the ability to analytically manipulate large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior management.
- Prior experience in planning and managing budgets.

Physical requirements*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
- Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
- Rarely sort/file paperwork.

Working conditions:
- May work extended or non-standard hours based on project or business needs
- Occasional work on evenings and weekends
- Work onsite at Stanford's campus no fewer than three days per week (as of May 2022; subject to change)

The expected pay range for this position is $129,000 to $161,000 per annum.
